    This includes an initial call, a further in depth call so we can provide a Call Brief with your requirements and leading to onboarding you as a client.

  • Sourcing

    Based on your Client Brief, we start to look for suitable properties for you and discuss any opportunities we find.

  • Secure a property

    When you are happy with a property, you can then reserve it and we can then provide a Memorandum of Sale.

  • Conveyancing

    This is the legal process to buying your investment property and can typically take 4-8 weeks depending on the circumstances.

  • Refurbishment

    We can assist with appointing structural surveys, specialist reports, Schedule of Works, tendering process for larger works, appointing a contractor, Pre Commencement Site meeting and Project Management.

  • Property Handover

    We work with market leading specialist lettings companies to ensure that the property is let and managed well and can assist with ensuring that all certificates and property information is provided to yourself and the agent.
